Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of college completed.
• 2+ years experience in Customer Service (phone and email).
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with web-based tools (LexisNexis University).
• Project management experience – automation projects.
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Generate Reports and Process CLE Documentation and assist with day-to-day data entries in support of the consulting teams.
• Assist in CLE Accreditation, Reporting, Renewals, Calls/Emails, and provide support as needed.
• Assist in the creation of reports or audit responses based on state CLE requirements/requests.
• Keep abreast of new state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs and provide customer support to lawyers across states CLE covers.
• Ad-hoc projects, as assigned.
• Individual will gradually become familiar with state CLE rules to provide telephonic support.
• Continually identifies improvements for CLE processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
