Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the execution of CLE programs, focusing on reporting and creating On-Demand and Non On-Demand materials.

The role involves compiling reports, assisting with accreditation, renewals, and state-specific requests, and gradually learning CLE rules to provide phone support to lawyers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of college with no back subjects/incomplete units
• 2–3 years’ experience in Customer Service (phone calls and email)
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Background in Web based tools (LexisNexis University, etc.)
• Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently and can work with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong detail orientation with the ability to follow defined processes
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives

Responsibilities

• Generate Reports and Process Continuing Legal Education Documentation and assist with day-to-day data entries in support of the consulting teams
• Assists in CLE Accreditation, Reporting, Renewals, Calls/Emails, and provide support as needed
• Assists in the creation of reports or audit responses based on state CLE requirements/requests
• Keep abreast of new state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs and provide customer support to lawyers across states CLE covers.
• Ad-hoc projects, as assigned
• Individual will gradually become familiar with state CLE rules across all types of CLE programs to be able to provide telephonic support
• Continually identifies improvements for CLE processes
• Other duties as assigned
