VG Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking a Claims Analyst to drive analytical reviews of all claims activity and coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Billing teams to ensure timely data flow. The role focuses on corporate-wide visibility of claims impacts on profitability.

The successful candidate will provide periodic reports, recommend proactive measures to reduce incidences, and support training and process assessments across functions. Taguig assignment is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• Minimum of two years job related experience.
• Computer literate, good in planning, problem solving.
• Above average communication skills and presentation skills.
• Above average analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, innovative, goal/result oriented, with good interpersonal relations, open minded, flexible, customer oriented, committed to work, team player.
• Willing to be assigned at Taguig.

• Responsible for providing periodic reports that will lead to achieving the P&L targets by ensuring a timely supply of information and other data that will establish the overall corporate picture of claims impact on profitability.
• Provide analysis and recommend proactive measures to reduce claims incidences.
• Prepare accurate and timely submission of periodic reports generated from a regularly updated Claims Register and other necessary reports.

Minor

• Perform the random validation of the pre-booking, adjudication, and closure as a form of process assessment and provide update on a regular basis to Cluster Heads and Operations Managers.
• Validate at random from sites or branches to ensure above-standard implementation of claims processes.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
