Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process or prepare claims promptly according to procedures.
• Upload documentation and make initial approval/rejection decisions where possible.
• Obtain required documents from customers and offices.
• Provide information to customers as per process needs.
• Update and archive data in the claims system and generate reports.
