Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills, and knowledge of insurance concepts. You will ensure compliance with SLAs, support underwriters, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong customer service, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English). Preferably case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end claims within policies, DTPs and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance within delegated authority limits.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers.
• Coordinate effectively with suppliers.
• Determine cost of claim and timely updates to reports by assessors.
• Raise payments within delegations of authority.
• Identify fraudulent claims and escalate to Fraud Investigations.
