Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to support administration, monitoring, and resolution of insurance claims across multiple lines including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Property.

You will liaise with Operations, Safety, HR, carriers, TPAs, brokers, and legal counsel to ensure timely, accurate documentation and proactive loss management. This role emphasizes analytics, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of claims administration, insurance, or risk management experience.
• Experience handling Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Property claims.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis).
• Experience with claims management systems such as RIMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and claims-related analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance claims from intake through closure across multiple lines.
• Maintain and update claims, incidents, reserves, payments, and documentation in RIMS.
• Monitor claim activity and coordinate follow-ups with carriers, TPAs, Ops, Safety, HR, and legal counsel.
• Identify delays and gaps, escalating issues when necessary.
• Review incident investigations and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Track metrics: frequency, severity, reporting lag, duration, closure rates, and reserve development.
• Prepare dashboards, management reports, and loss summaries.
• Participate in claim review meetings with stakeholders.
• Support renewals with loss runs, summaries, analytics, and underwriting docs.
• Assist OSHA recordkeeping and regulatory reporting.
• Identify recurring risks and collaborate on risk mitigation.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Coordinator to support the administration, monitoring, and resolution of insurance claims across multiple lines of coverage, including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Property claims.

This role serves as a central liaison between Operations, Safety, Human Resources, insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, and legal counsel to ensure claims are accurately documented, monitored, and resolved efficiently. The position also supports Risk Management through claims analytics, reporting, dashboard creation, insurance renewal activities, and loss trend analysis.

What Is Your Mission?

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

• Coordinating insurance claims from initial intake through closure, including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, Property, and related claims
• Maintaining and updating claims, incidents, reserves, payments, exposures, and supporting documentation within RIMS and related systems
• Monitoring claim activity and coordinating follow-ups with carriers, TPAs, Operations, Safety, HR, and legal counsel
• Identifying claim delays, documentation gaps, and significant developments, and escalating issues when necessary
• Reviewing incident investigations and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Tracking and analyzing claim metrics, including:
  • Claim frequency and severity
  • Reporting lag
  • Claim duration
  • Closure rates
  • Reserve development
  • Loss trends and cost drivers
• Preparing dashboards, management reports, presentations, and loss summaries
• Participating in claim review meetings with carriers, TPAs, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Supporting insurance renewals by preparing loss runs, claim summaries, analytics, and underwriting documentation
• Assisting with OSHA recordkeeping and claims-related regulatory reporting requirements
• Identifying recurring risks and collaborating with business units on loss prevention and risk mitigation initiatives

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• At least 3 years of experience in claims administration, insurance, or risk management
• Experience handling or supporting:
  • Workers Compensation
  • General Liability
  • Auto Liability
  • Property Claims
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis)
• Experience with claims management systems such as RIMS or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and claims-related analysis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
