Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to manage insurance claims across Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Property. You will maintain claims data, monitor activity, and coordinate with carriers, TPAs, HR, safety, and legal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Your role includes preparing dashboards and loss summaries, supporting loss trend analysis, and assisting with OSHA reporting and renewals as needed in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, insurance, risk mgmt, analytics or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in claims administration, insurance, or risk mgmt
• Experience with Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability and Property claims
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Coordinate insurance claims from intake to closure across multiple lines
• Maintain and update claims data, reserves, payments, and documentation in systems
• Monitor claim activity and follow up with carriers, TPAs, HR, safety, and legal teams
• Prepare dashboards, loss summaries, and management reports for reviews

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Coordinator to support the administration, monitoring, and resolution of insurance claims across multiple lines of coverage, including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, and Property claims.

This role serves as a central liaison between Operations, Safety, Human Resources, insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, and legal counsel to ensure claims are accurately documented, monitored, and resolved efficiently. The position also supports Risk Management through claims analytics, reporting, dashboard creation, insurance renewal activities, and loss trend analysis.

What Is Your Mission?

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

• Coordinating insurance claims from initial intake through closure, including Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, Property, and related claims
• Maintaining and updating claims, incidents, reserves, payments, exposures, and supporting documentation within RIMS and related systems
• Monitoring claim activity and coordinating follow-ups with carriers, TPAs, Operations, Safety, HR, and legal counsel
• Identifying claim delays, documentation gaps, and significant developments, and escalating issues when necessary
• Reviewing incident investigations and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Tracking and analyzing claim metrics, including:
  • Claim frequency and severity
  • Reporting lag
  • Claim duration
  • Closure rates
  • Reserve development
  • Loss trends and cost drivers
• Preparing dashboards, management reports, presentations, and loss summaries
• Participating in claim review meetings with carriers, TPAs, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Supporting insurance renewals by preparing loss runs, claim summaries, analytics, and underwriting documentation
• Assisting with OSHA recordkeeping and claims-related regulatory reporting requirements
• Identifying recurring risks and collaborating with business units on loss prevention and risk mitigation initiatives

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
• At least 3 years of experience in claims administration, insurance, or risk management
• Experience handling or supporting:
  • Workers' Compensation
  • General Liability
  • Auto Liability
  • Property Claims
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis)
• Experience with claims management systems such as RIMS or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and claims-related analysis
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Flexible Requirements

• Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, brokers, and legal counsel
• Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping and claims-related regulatory reporting
• Experience supporting insurance renewals and underwriting requests
• Experience preparing executive-level claims reports and presentations
