iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Claims Analyst to coordinate and manage insurance claims from intake through closure, with a focus on Workers Compensation. The role requires strong data analysis, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with carriers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders.
You will enter and validate incident and claims data in RIMS, monitor claim activity, prepare dashboards and management reports, and support OSHA reporting and claim reviews.

We are looking for a Claims Analyst to coordinate and manage insurance claims from intake through closure, with a primary focus on Workers Compensation claims. This role supports claims administration, reporting, data analysis, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and claims trend monitoring while ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-up, and effective claim resolution.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Coordinate Workers Compensation, General Liability, Auto Liability, Property, and other insurance claims from initial intake through closure, ensuring appropriate documentation, stakeholder follow-up, and timely escalation when needed.
Enter, maintain, update, and validate incidents, claims, exposures, reserves, payments, and related documentation within RIMS, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Monitor claim activity, outstanding issues, and claim development, and coordinate follow-up with carriers, TPAs, Operations, Safety, Human Resources, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely claim resolution and closure.
Proactively identify delays, documentation gaps, significant claim developments, and barriers to claim resolution, and elevate matters to Risk Management leadership as appropriate.
Review incident investigations and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy to support appropriate and timely claim reporting.
Track and analyse claim frequency, severity, loss trends, reporting lag, claim duration, closure rates, reserve development, and other key claim performance indicators and cost drivers.
Prepare claims dashboards, loss summaries, management reports, claim summaries, and presentations that communicate claim performance, trends, and significant developments.
Prepare for, participate in, and document periodic claim reviews with carriers, TPAs, brokers, and other claim partners, including tracking agreed-upon follow-up items.
Identify recurring claim trends and loss drivers and partner with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Finance, and other business functions to support risk mitigation initiatives.
Support insurance renewals and underwriting requests by preparing and validating loss runs, claim summaries, claims analytics, exposure information, and other requested underwriting data.
Support accurate and timely OSHA recordkeeping and claims-related regulatory reporting, as applicable, in coordination with Safety, Human Resources, and other responsible functions.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Insurance, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant claims or risk management experience.
3+ years of experience in claims administration, insurance, or risk management.
Knowledge of Workers Compensation claims, General Liability, Auto Liability, Property, and casualty claims.
Ability to independently manage claims from initiation to closure.
Experience analysing loss data, reserve trends, closure rates, and claim performance metrics.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with experience creating presentations and dashboards.
Experience with RIMS or similar claims management systems.
Experience working with third-party administrators, insurance carriers, brokers, and legal counsel.
Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping and claims-related regulatory reporting.
Experience preparing claims dashboards or reporting for Risk Management leadership.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate claim and analytical information clearly to Risk Management leadership.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and confidentiality.
