Job summary

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer - Project Site Engineer to join our General Santos City team. This full-time role oversees on-site civil works to ensure projects meet specifications, stay on schedule, and remain within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, and 3–5 years of site or project engineering experience, with strong coordination, communication, and safety focus to drive successful infrastructure and telecom

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid PE license or equivalent certification.
• 3–5 years of experience as a site engineer or project engineer in civil infrastructure, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Experience managing construction sites, including project planning, scheduling, and budget control.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and building codes relevant to telecommunications infrastructure.
• Proficiency in site documentation, technical drawings interpretation, and construction management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Experience with telecommunications or infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil engineering construction activities on project sites to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, maintain accurate site records, and prepare regular progress reports for project management and stakeholders.
• Conduct daily inspections of materials, workmanship, and safety practices to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Manage site logistics including equipment, materials, labour scheduling and coordination with subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and conflicts that arise during construction, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies on all project sites.
• Liaise between the design team, project management, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication and project coordination.
• Document and report any deviations from design specifications and manage change orders appropriately.
• Conduct quality assurance testing and inspections of completed works prior to handover.
