Job summary

Intext Building Solutions Inc. is seeking an Estimator in the Philippines who can support project quotations and costing. You will calculate areas, prepare BOQ, and compile client quotations while conducting on-site measurements when needed.

The role requires knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to estimate and perform field inspections. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and you may start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture (with or without license).
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Knows how to estimate.
• Amenable to doing fieldwork for site inspection.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Calculate areas in SQM and LM of project for quotation, review, and costing.
• Prepare the bill of quantities for the project.
• Prepare the quotation for the client.
• Perform on-site measurements if necessary.
• Render drawings, perspectives, and interpretations via AutoCAD as required by the client.
• Estimate labor, work duration, and work progress timelines.
• Estimate special tools / equipment rentals and duration.
• Prepare key plan and technical details.
