Job summary

Qualifications

• Review architectural drawings, CAD plans, elevations, sections, and specifications.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material quantity schedules.
• Estimate materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Measure and quantify walls, flooring, ceillings, doors, window, roofing.
• Prepare cost estimates and tender/bid proposals.
• Knowledgeable in Building codes and standards.
• Ablity to negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and contractors insuring compliance with legal and financial terms.
