Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• With drivers license.
• Can drive 2 wheels or 4 wheels.
• 2 years of hands-on experience in construction field supervision.
• Demonstrate advanced proficiency in reading architectural blueprints.
• Perform rapid, accurate mental and digital calculations for geometry, volumes, and areas.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Define tasks, materials, and processes required to complete the project.
• Evaluate site conditions and potential regulatory or cost risks.
• Measure and calculate quantities of materials, parts, and components.
• Estimate total man-hours and costs for machinery and site facilities.
• Create a detailed Cost Estimate or BOQ breaking down every item.
• Add buffers for insurance, permits, safety gear, and margins.
• Compile finalized cost data into professional proposals for clients.
• Compare original estimates to actual spending to improve accuracy.
