You will review drawings, BOQs, and project documents, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing, and monitor costs. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role. Experience in estimating and quantity surveying is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in estimating and quantity surveying is an advantage.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates based on plans and specifications.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project documents.
• Prepare project cost proposals and quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for material and labor pricing.
• Monitor project costs and prepare cost analysis.
• Assist in project documentation, reports, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site personnel, and clients when necessary.
