Job summary

SM Supermalls Gapan is seeking a Digital Theater System Operator to support cinema equipment reliability and performance. The role focuses on operating projection systems, monitoring technical issues, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment across facilities in Nueva Ecija, Philippines.

The successful candidate will work with facilities teams and vendors to ensure smooth cinema operations and ongoing skill development. 2–5 years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in cinema operations or equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Proficient to monitor and document technical and sound system issues.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and energy efficiency standards.
• Ability to coordinate with mall and facilities teams on vendor management.
• Commitment to continuous learning to enhance technical skills.
• 2–5 years experience in related fields is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains projection equipment to ensure high-quality cinema viewing experiences.
• Monitors, documents, and resolves technical and sound system issues through preventive maintenance.
• Ensures cleanliness, sanitation, and energy efficiency through regular inspections and compliance.
• Enforces safety, security, and vendor management standards with mall and facilities teams.
