Job summary

SM City Baliwag is seeking a Customer Experience Crew to join SM Supermalls. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, assist in sales, and help ensure a safe, comfortable cinema environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or customer service, are willing to work weekends and shifting schedules, and can commit to a 5-month project-based contract at SM City Baliwag in Bulacan. You will coordinate with teammates on events, maintain safety standards, and support cinema operations.

Qualifications

• Senior High School (K12) graduate or 2nd year College level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail or related field.
• Willing to work during weekends, holidays and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely, high-quality food service.
• Prepare and assemble food items, monitor inventory, and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Usher guests, check tickets, enforce house rules, and ensure audience safety and comfort.
• Coordinate with team members on bulk orders, block screenings, and special events to ensure smooth service.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills, performance, and career growth.
