SM City Olongapo Central is seeking a Customer Experience Crew for SM Cinema. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely, high‑quality food service while supporting cinema operations and guest safety.

You will usher guests, check tickets, enforce house rules, and coordinate with the team for bulk orders and events. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules is required to join our frontline service team.

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail or related field.

The Customer Experience Crew supports the daily operations of SM Cinema and contributes in driving the sales through engaging visitors, assisting in selecting and handling customer purchases. Also, it is leading the customer on their way to the venue with the assurance of safety and first-class customer service experience.
