Job summary

SM City Olongapo Central is seeking a Customer Experience Crew for SM Cinema. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely, high‑quality food service while supporting cinema operations and guest safety.

You will usher guests, check tickets, enforce house rules, and coordinate with the team for bulk orders and events. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules is required to join our frontline service team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School (K12) diploma.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail or related field.
• Willing to work during weekends, holidays and shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take accurate orders, and ensure timely, high-quality food service.
• Prepares and assembles food items, monitors inventory, and maintains cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.
• Assists in cinema operations by ushering guests, checking tickets, enforcing house rules, and ensuring audience safety and comfort.
• Coordinates with team members on bulk orders, block screenings, and special events to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
