Shangri-La The Fort, Manila, invites applications for a Chinese restaurant server to support the outlet supervisor in daily operations and guest service at a premier hotel in Taguig.

The ideal candidate will hold a Hotel and Restaurant Management degree (preferably), have 2 years of international hotel experience, be fluent in English, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Split shifts, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, friendly attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an international hotel in the same role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Creative with eye for detail.
• Outgoing, people-oriented, motivator and team-player.
• Willing to work split shifts.
• Right to unrestricted employment in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• The Chinese restaurant server is responsible for assisting the outlet supervisor with the administration and operation of the outlet with excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
