Zusammenfassung

DuPont is seeking a Payroll Operations professional for a full-time, hybrid role based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. You will support internal payroll operations and manage third-party payroll vendors across the APAC region, with a primary focus on China payroll processes.

You will collaborate with HR Operations and HR Service Centers to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery for employees across multiple countries in APAC. Strong knowledge of payroll controls and systems is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English; Chinese (Traditional/Simplified) is a plus; HSK Level 5 is advantageous.
• 3–5 years supporting China/Taiwan payroll, HR administration, or BPO environments.

Aufgaben

• Execute pre- and post-payroll processing for China payroll with APAC support.
• Review and validate payroll reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Approve and process payroll transactions and employee data when required.
• Maintain employee master data and payroll records, including off-cycle payments.
• Serve as SME for payroll processes and guide internal stakeholders.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries on adjustments, benefits, loans, and commissions.
• Support payroll projects and process improvements.
