Job summary

Qnity is seeking a payroll specialist to manage internal payroll processes and coordinate with third‑party vendors supporting Taiwan, China and APAC. The role is based in Mandaluyong with a hybrid work setup (2 days in the office).

Responsibilities include transitioning payroll services to the Manila HR Service Center, ensuring accuracy, and handling employee payroll inquiries across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both traditional and simplified) required.
• 3–5 years experience in HR/payroll administration, preferably for China/Taiwan.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processes and related GL reconciliation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal payroll processes and oversee third‑party vendors supporting Taiwan, China and APAC payroll.
• Coordinate transition and transformation of payroll services to the Manila HR Service Center.
• Ensure accurate payroll data, timely processing and resolution of employee queries related to payroll.
