Job summary

DuPont Specialty Products Philippines Inc. is seeking a payroll professional to support internal payroll operations across APAC, with primary responsibility for China payroll processes. The role collaborates with HR Operations and Service Centers for accurate and compliant payroll delivery across multiple countries.

The position is full-time and HYBRID based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, Philippines. 3–5 years’ experience in China Taiwan payroll, and proficiency in English are required;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• English proficiency required; Chinese (Traditional/Simplified) preferred.
• HSK Level 5 certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• 3–5 years’ experience supporting China and/or Taiwan payroll or related operations.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing and payroll controls is advantageous.
• Experience with systems: Workday, SAP Payroll, UKG solutions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre- and post-payroll processing with focus on China payroll and APAC support.
• Review and validate payroll reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate payroll discrepancies and apply procedures to resolve them.
• Review and process payroll transactions and update employee data.
• Maintain master data and payroll records, including off-cycle payments and corrections.
• Serve as SME for payroll processes and guide internal stakeholders.
