Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking a Chiller Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for chiller systems in Metro Manila. You will drive targets, identify projects, and manage key accounts with consultants, contractors, developers, and end-users.

The role requires strong leadership, B2B project sales experience, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to travel and coordinate with multiple teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of sales experience in chillers, preferably with strong chiller exposure.
• Proven experience in commercial/industrial chiller project sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for chiller products and systems.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit targets.
• Identify and develop new commercial and industrial chiller projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with MEP consultants, mechanical contractors, developers, building owners, and end-users.
• Promote and secure chiller specifications with consultants and project stakeholders.
