Qualifications

• Bachelor degree; further education in a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the service and repair of HVAC equipment.
• Proficient in the principles of chillers and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
• Ability to assess and diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide effective solutions.
• Experienced in handling general HVAC equipment and system failures.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to install and maintain air conditioning systems independently, and lead a small team.
• Can speak and write English language.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of various HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate effectively with the Project in Charge to update on project status and resolve any issues encountered during the project.
• Take responsibility for the installation and maintenance of chillers and VRV/VRF air conditioning systems.
• Lead a team in the execution of installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Conduct cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform basic electrical circuit work as needed for HVAC systems.
• Commission and decommission HVAC equipment as required.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
• Report any issues encountered during projects to ensure successful completion.
• Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Assist with other coordination tasks as directed by the Project In Charge.
