Job summary

New Media Services Pty Ltd seeks a commercially driven leader to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen client relationships across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. This CCO will own the entire client lifecycle, from lead generation to retention, driving upsells and expanded partnerships.

The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and the use of data and financial metrics to achieve sustainable growth across BPO/outsourcing engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading commercial functions in a BPO or related B2B services,
• Proven track record managing full client lifecycle from marketing to retention,
• Experience acquiring and expanding B2B client relationships with revenue growth targets,
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to grow revenue and profitability.
• Oversee Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to manage the entire client lifecycle.
• Lead lead generation, new business acquisition, and upsell opportunities.
• Strengthen client relationships, reduce churn and improve client satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs such as CAC, MRR, NRR, pipeline, and profitability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align growth priorities.
