Q2 HR Solutions seeks a Chief Sales Officer to spearhead the commercial direction of a well-established Philippine organization spanning education, publishing, retail, and learning-solutions.

The role requires a senior leader who has built sales teams, expanded consumer markets, and developed strategic distribution channels to drive sustainable revenue and profitability across both B2C and B2B markets. You will align sales with marketing and product strategies and mentor a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Masteral units required.
• Extensive progressive experience in sales, commercial, retail, or business leadership.
• Minimum 26 years of relevant experience, including at least 15 years in managerial or executive roles.
• Proven track record leading large sales organizations with revenue growth.
• Experience in retail/B2C sales and exposure to B2B markets.
• Experience in channel development and partnerships.
• Experience managing sales budgets, forecasts, targets, and results.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing/Product/Operations.
• Strong strategic communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's retail and sales strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability across consumer markets.
• Lead the sales organization and align targets, channels, and resources with the business strategy.
• Drive achievement of sales volume, market share, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Oversee sales planning, budgets, projections, costs, and commercial performance across B2C and B2B markets.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with distributors and other channels.
• Identify and develop alternative sales and distribution channels for long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Market Teams on competitive intelligence, merchandising, and go-to-market initiatives.
