Job summary

A7 Recruitment Company seeks a senior HR transformation leader to professionalize and scale a fast-growing, multi-branch family-owned business based in Cebu. The role focuses on organization development, talent acquisition, and analytics to drive productivity and growth.

The candidate will lead HR initiatives across sites, connect people decisions to cost, sales, and growth, and partner with the CEO to build a proactive, strategic HR function that challenges senior leadership with respect.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of HR experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role and reporting directly to a CEO or business owner.
• Experience in multi-site businesses such as retail, automotive, distribution, logistics, hospitality, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a hands-on HR transformation that scales our multi-branch organization.
• Align people decisions with productivity, cost, sales, and growth targets.
• Partner with senior leaders to challenge assumptions and reshape HR to enable business success.
