Job Description

Reporting directly to the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and help strengthen enterprise‑wide operating discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio performance through consistent reporting, forecasting, and operational review processes.
• Partner with business unit leaders to improve execution, accountability, and operational effectiveness.
• Establish enterprise‑wide operating standards, governance frameworks, and performance management practices.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across multiple business units and centralized support functions.
• Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities, ensuring timely intervention where required.
• Assess leadership capability across the organization and support succession planning initiatives.
• Help build scalable organizational structures, systems, and processes to support future growth.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO in shaping the operating model and long‑term direction of the group.
