Job summary

Michael Page represents a fast-growing, technology-enabled business operating across Southeast Asia. The Chief of Staff will partner directly with the COO on strategic priorities, drive cross-functional initiatives, track progress, and prepare executive updates.

You will coordinate leadership meetings, align stakeholders, and bring structure to complex challenges while supporting rapid scale across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or general management
• Experience supporting a CEO, COO, founder, or leadership team
• Proven delivery of cross-functional projects
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Able to balance strategy with execution
• Comfortable working in ambiguity
• Commercially minded and results-driven
• Experience in technology, fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or other high-growth businesses is advantageous
• Chief of Staff experience is a plus, not a requirement
