The role collaborates with the Head of Sales to implement strategies, identify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals. The position involves hands-on business development, relationship management, and sales execution to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or B2B client acquisition.
• Experience identifying prospective clients, presenting services, negotiating agreements, and closing business deals.
• Background in BPO, outsourcing, call center services, staffing, or related B2B services preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, lead qualification, pipeline management, and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and engage potential clients who may benefit from the company's BPO services.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and potential business accounts.
• Present and promote the company's BPO services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and service recommendations.
• Lead sales discussions and negotiations in coordination with the Head of Sales.
