Job summary

PeoplePartners BPO Inc. seeks an Executive Partner to the Chief Growth Officer to enable growth-focused leadership across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and client relations. You will organize priorities, manage communications, and keep the CGO focused on strategic initiatives.

You will coordinate across global teams, draft executive communications, and ensure action items are tracked to completion with discretion and professional poise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior commercial leader.
• Strong calendar, meeting, priority, and follow-up management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior leaders, clients, prospects, partners, and other external stakeholders.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities.
• Proactive and resourceful with sound decision-making in ambiguous situations.
• Strong follow-through and ability to track commitments through completion.
• Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Experience with virtual meeting tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Fireflies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CGO’s calendar across multiple time zones.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and protect critical commitments and deadlines.
• Prepare meeting briefs, background information, and action items.
• Track follow-ups from leadership, Sales, client, and partners.
• Coordinate communications with clients, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
• Draft emails, presentations, meeting notes, and executive communications.
• Research clients, competitors, partners, markets, vendors, and opportunities.
• Produce concise summaries and briefing materials from available information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Finance.
• Support growth initiatives, events, and leadership sessions.
• Support the CGO’s professional social-media cadence.
• Coordinate complex international travel arrangements.
• Maintain organized records of decisions and ongoing initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Occasionally support high-trust personal tasks for CGO.
