Qualifications

• Strong insurance industry experience, including frontline underwriting or broking.
• Extensive broker relationship management experience.
• Proven track record in managing, engaging and building relationships with major clients.
• Experience in managing high performing teams.
• Solid understanding of insurance management information reports and accounts.
• Additional experience in sales, business development or marketing preferable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and strengthen AIG Philippines’ relationship with distribution partners and key clients.
• Develop mutual growth strategies and joint marketing with distribution partners.
• Focus on Top 20 Major Clients for greater engagement and product penetration.
• Collaborate with Product & Geography leads to develop and deliver innovative products via distribution partners.
• Work with internal departments to ensure optimal service to partners and clients.
• Articulate risk appetite to distribution partners and key clients.
• Support Client & Broker analytics to provide insights for strategy and performance.
• Ensure governance, controls and regulatory compliance for client/broker activities.
