Responsibilities

• Architect and execute comprehensive business plans for the Casualty line, growing growth and profitability.
• Direct portfolio risk appetite and profitability within underwriting frameworks.
• Evaluate and approve high-exposure and complex accounts, guiding terms.
• Coach and mentor the underwriting team to raise performance.
• Expand relationships with brokers and clients to drive new business and retention.
• Analyze economic indicators, competitor activity, and trends to adjust pricing strategies.
