Job summary

Alorica Philippines is hiring for a Chat Support Representative (Non-voice) to join our on-site team in Quezon City. No experience is required and training will be provided.

The role involves answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues, processing orders and refunds, and maintaining customer records with accuracy. The package includes a 20% night differential, paid training, 13th month pay, and paid vacation/ PTO.
