TDCX in Ortigas Center, Pasig is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve customers via email, phone, and live chat, contributing to satisfaction and loyalty.

You will meet targets, propose resolutions, and relay feedback to teams to improve service; requires at least 6 months BPO experience and good English. Rotating shifts and a growth mindset are expected.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service within a BPO setup.
• Ability to handle 3–5 chat concurrencies.
• Experience in rotating shifts is required.
• Based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsabilidades

• Meet customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets, exceed customer expectations, and build customer loyalty.
• Propose resolutions and follow up with customers on time and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence by giving feedback to the client.
• Provide feedback through various platforms for respective teams (Marketing, Product, QC, etc.) to improve the customer experience.

What is your mission?

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be servicing our customers on various issues through 3 modes of communication such as emails, phone calls, and live chat.

You are also required to perform these job functions:

• Meet customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets, exceed customer expectations, and build customer loyalty

• Propose resolutions and follow up with customers on time and offer recommendations to prevent similar issues raised by the customers from repeating by providing feedback to client

• Provide feedback through various platforms for respective teams (Marketing, Product, QC, etc.) to improve the customer experience

Who are we looking for?

• High School Graduate

• Must have at least 6 months customer service experience in a BPO set up supporting live chat

• Must have experience handling 3 to 5 chat concurrencies at a time

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Amenable to work in rotating shifts

• Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
