Job summary

Caldwell Communications in the Philippines is hiring customer service agents to join a growing team. The role emphasizes one-call resolution, following standard procedures, and prioritizing customer satisfaction across day, mid, and night shifts.

The position welcomes both with and without BPO experience; requires a high school graduate or ALS, excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and stay organized.
