Job summary

Insular Health Care is expanding its distribution channels by training and developing new and existing intermediaries (agents, leaders, brokers, affinity partners) to become professional and productive Sales Partners nationwide.

Responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, delivering modules, evaluating training effectiveness, updating materials, preparing reports, and supporting agents through transactions.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably in communication, marketing, business administration and other related courses.
• Preferably with experience or exposure in recruitment, agency development, training and development
• Preferably with experience and exposure in the HMO industry
• Willing to travel nationwide

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and assist in the development of training modules to equip agents and other distribution channels to become professional and productive Sales Partners of Insular Health Care.
• Conduct training modules for the agents, leaders, brokers and other distribution channels both new and existing nationwide.
• Conduct post-training evaluation to determine the effectiveness of the training modules that were conducted and recommend possible enhancements.
• Coordinate with Channel Development Head in conducting follow-through activities to trained agents and ensure conversion from accredited to activated agents.
• Participate in the conduct of agency meetings, assemblies, forum and other events.
• Regularly update training materials and other selling tools (powerpoint presmat, manual, flyers, etc.).
• Prepare Training Reports, updating of Channel Development Dashboard (Recruited, Accredited, Activated; update Accreditation Report).
• Assist the agents and other distribution channels with their transactions with IHC.
• Coordinate all requirements and activities related to the conduct of different training modules (schedule, venue, materials, budget and other logistical requirements).
• Develop selling tools (hard docs and digital) to facilitate the learning of participants during "Product & Sales Orientation" and other training modules.
