Job summary

Maxicare is seeking a Sales & Accounts Training Trainer to design and deliver effective learning programs for internal Sales and Corporate Orientations, ensuring accurate knowledge transfer on healthcare coverage, benefits, and processes. You will support adoption of Maxicare products and systems, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive ongoing capability improvements.

• Facilitate ad hoc training sessions, refresher courses, coaching interventions, and knowledge-sharing activities in response to identified capability gaps or business needs.
• Deliver training on new products, services, systems, policies, procedures, and process changes affecting Sales and Accounts operations.
• Participate in the development, review, and pilot testing of new training materials, presentations, assessments, job aids, and learning activities with the Training Design Team and SMEs.
• Provide floor support, post-training assistance, and knowledge reinforcement during system implementations, business rollouts, and operational transitions.
• Conduct or assist in train-the-trainer sessions, trainer demonstrations, peer observations, and calibration activities when required.
• Assist in identifying and validating training needs through stakeholder consultations, learner assessments, performance observations, and analysis of operational feedback.
• Support the investigation and resolution of training-related concerns, learner complaints, assessment discrepancies, and delivery issues, escalating matters beyond the scope of authority to the immediate supervisor.
• Participate in special projects, cross-functional initiatives, process improvement activities, and organizational programs assigned by management.
• Assist in preparing training documentation and evidence required for internal audits, compliance reviews, quality assurance, and management reporting.
• Support the onboarding and knowledge transfer of newly hired trainers or newly assigned team members, as requested.
• Conduct other related training activities and assignments as directed by the immediate supervisor, consistent with the scope of the position
