Job summary

Netplay, Inc. seeks a Channel Sales professional based in Cebu to manage relationships with channel partners, drive sales through partner channels, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, build partner relationships, and meet sales targets. The ideal candidate has strong channel sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a background in IT or digital transformation solutions.

Qualifications

• Channel sales experience with partner ecosystems.
• Strong communication to present solutions & enable partners.
• Proven sales skills: qualification, negotiation, closing in B2B/tech.
• Commitment to customer service & partner/end-customer satisfaction.
• Background in IT, networking, cybersecurity, or digital transformation preferred.
• Experience with distributors, system integrators, or resellers in VisMin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with channel partners and drive sales through these channels.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships and enablement programs.
• Provide excellent customer service to partners and end-customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on go-to-market plans.
• Travel to partner locations as needed and manage pipeline using CRM tools.
