Job summary

Rise in Cebu City, Philippines is hiring a Channel Partner Manager to drive growth by identifying and onboarding referral and reseller partners. You will work closely with Account Managers and the SAQ team to ensure smooth partner engagement, accreditation, and contract follow-ups.

Responsibilities include partner onboarding, NDA handling, referrals tracking in CRM, and coordinating with internal sales on joint opportunities to win deals. Travel locally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
• Experience in channel sales, telco, or IT industry preferred (negotiable).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and acquire qualified referral and reseller partners.
• Manage customer accounts and secure renewals, with upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales teams on joint deals to maximize revenue.
• Oversee partner onboarding, NDAs, and contract follow-ups.
• Track referrals in CRM and support lead coordination.
• Coordinate with partners on joint opportunities to win deals.
• Attend partner meetings and report feedback from the field.
