Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of a leading provider of video-centric AIoT and smart IoT solutions. The role drives channel sales growth, manages key partners, and executes commercial strategies to expand market presence in the Philippines.

The position is based in BGC, Taguig City with an office-based arrangement and extensive fieldwork, requiring travel to partner sites and customer locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years of channel sales experience in fire alarm industry.
• Proficient in business English and Tagalog, able to conduct business negotiations and communication fluently.
• Ability to independently drive business development and possess strong market development and sales capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and service mindset.
• Able to travel for business trips.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plans to meet targets.
• Manage and monitor current partners and stock; drive sales with Key Channel Partners.
• Forecast orders, inventory, sell-in/out data and identify new opportunities.
• Implement and manage commercial strategies (MSRP, distribution criteria, partner evolution, channel compensation).
• Organize partners, dealers and promoters for product training and launches.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitive pricing and promotions monthly.
• Develop marketing activity plans and execute marketing activities accordingly.
