Job summary

MAESTRO HOLDINGS seeks a Channel Development and Training Manager to lead recruitment, accreditation, onboarding, and ongoing training for our Agency Sales Channel. You will drive engagement through programs, materials, and trainer performance.

You will organize events, monitor growth, coach teams, and ensure compliance with policies while collaborating across departments to support channel expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in Life or Health Insurance preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and engage agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead agency recruitment, accreditation, engagement, and training initiatives for the Agency Sales Channel.
• Oversee channel development activities, training programs, and engagement events.
• Support sales productivity through agent onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate with sales teams and other departments to grow the channel and training needs.
