Job summary

MAESTRO HOLDINGS is seeking a Junior Assistant Manager (Channel Development and Training) in Ayala Makati to lead agency channel expansion through recruitment and training. You will develop training modules and manage distribution channels, aligning policies with corporate goals and fostering collaboration with multiple departments.

The role focuses on creating effective recruitment and training programs to enhance sales efficiency across various distribution channels and drive new business

Qualifications

• University degree in Behavioral Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of related work experience (Insurance/HMO).
• Willing to work in Ayala, Makati.
• Working Environment: Sales & Distribution Sales Team, Agents and Brokers.
• Amenable to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Create and establish policies and guiding rules as reference for channel management initiatives.
• Review, align, and revise existing policies according to the overall corporate goal.
• Implement guidelines in channel administration and management.
• Create and document control procedures on the use of the COS System as reference for proper management and safekeeping of critical data of the organization.
• Develop innovative and efficient recruitment and training programs that will support the departmental KRA on agency channel expansion through increasing the number of productive agents and driving new business sales.
• Conduct training needs analysis, research, and development of new modules for continuous skills development of various distribution channels to improve sales efficiency.
• Build strong business relationships with interdependent departments to align goals, processes, and other initiatives in suppoof to the overall corporate goals.
• Facilitate weekly huddles and deliver targeted coaching to ensure alignment with department goals.
