Job summary

Newfold Digital Philippines Inc. is seeking a Channel Enablement Specialist to empower frontline customer service and sales teams. You will craft messages, scripts, and collateral, and work with product marketing to accelerate conversions and KPI attainment.

You will partner across operations, product and marketing to roll out enablement programs, working with leadership to drive improvements in sales and support performance across channels.

Qualifications

3+ years in sales or support in high-volume environments.
Experience creating enablement assets like scripts, battlecards, etc.
Bachelor's degree preferred; PM or project management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Create messaging, positioning and tools for programs sold via customer service channels.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Brand teams to hit KPIs.
Develop and distribute internal communications and job aids for frontline teams.
Lead enablement initiatives to improve conversion and KPI attainment.
