Job summary

Globe Telecom is seeking a Channel Enablement Expert - Field Sales to lead product planning, development, launch, and lifecycle management. You will collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Sales, CX, Network, and IT to design products, ensure on-time delivery, and optimize costs.

Field immersions will deepen understanding of customer needs and channel dynamics. The role requires working with cross-functional teams to build business cases, drive profitability, and deliver monthly performance

Qualifications

2–3 years work experience in demand or capacity management, platforms, or service governance.
Telco experience preferred with working knowledge of telco fundamentals.
Graduate in Statistics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder management, working with internal and external partners.
Manage product lifecycle and collaborate to define strategy and roadmap.
Immerse in field insights to understand customer needs.
Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, CX, Network and IT for design and delivery.
Identify issues, drive resolutions, and minimize losses while meeting goals.
Create business cases and perform product performance analyses.
Manage portfolio profitability and prepare monthly leadership reports.
