Optum Philippines is seeking a marketing enablement professional to create high-priority sales materials and collateral for the pharmacy business. You will translate complex inputs into clear, sales-ready narratives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.

The role supports field readiness for launches and growth initiatives, managing a high-volume queue with quality and speed in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing, sales enablement, communications, or related function.
• Experience creating sales-facing or client-facing materials (presentations, one-pagers, talking points).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook; able to craft polished, executive-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Create high-priority sales and growth enablement materials for pharmacy business growth.
• Develop account-specific collateral for strategic client engagements.
• Translate core marketing content into sales-ready assets for Optum Pharmacy teams.
• Translate complex product, clinical, regulatory, and value-story inputs into clear sales narratives.
• Maintain content quality and reusability of enablement assets.
• Support field readiness for launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
• Manage a high-volume queue of deliverables with speed, quality, and brand consistency.
