Job summary

Newfold Digital in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a team of Business Consultants, coach on-the-floor, and conduct in-call demonstrations as needed. You will drive daily sales activity, manage payroll and schedules, and report on performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inside sales leadership, a bachelor's degree (preferred), strong analytical skills, and thrives in a rapid-growth tech/digital marketing environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive sales plans.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing hyper-growth environment.
• Background in technology or digital marketing is preferred.
