Job summary

Metrobank seeks a Head, Channel Enabler Section to lead the design, implementation and monitoring of channel enablement programs for MCC card acquisition. • Creates and implements strategic and tactical programs for MCC card acquisition across channels.
• Coordinates with Sales Unit Heads and other MCC units (BIU, Marketing) to align initiatives.
• Cross-sells MCC products through incentive schemes, sales blitzes, competitions and events.
• Monitors program performance, identifies gaps and suggests improvements.
• Aligns channel plans with product and marketing strategies and standardizes sales programs across regions.
• Disseminates critical information to MCC Officers and Staff through monthly cascades, meetings and newsletters.
