You will partner with cross-functional teams, leverage data and testing to improve campaign performance, grow deposit balances, and ensure compliance across stakeholders.

• Drive acquisition growth and optimize conversion through cross-functional partnerships.
• Improve onboarding completion, account funding, and first-time transactions.
• Increase debit card, payments, and digital banking usage within the first 90 days.
• Execute portfolio-wide campaigns to drive engagement and transaction growth.
• Leverage data, segmentation, and testing to improve campaign performance.
• Grow deposit balances and strengthen account primacy.
• Ensure compliance and alignment across key stakeholders.
