Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Head, Channel Enabler Section to create, implement and monitor enabler programs across MCC acquisition channels and coordinate with Sales, BIU and Marketing to align strategies and boost card acquisitions while managing CPA and risk.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, standardize sales programs, cascade critical information to MCC Officers and staff, and drive performance monitoring across regions for the CBS - Credit Card Sales Division.

Responsibilities

• Creates and implements effective strategic and tactical programs for all products identified for MCC card acquisition and cross-sell MCC products.
• Monitors and regulates the performance of all the programs to differentiate actual performance from expected outcomes.
• Conducts pre-evaluation and post-evaluation of each program and identifies areas for improvement.
• Develops and aligns all channel plans and strategies with product and marketing strategies.
• Standardizes sales programs and disseminates best practices across regions and territories.
• Ensures timely cascades to MCC Officers and sales staff through email, meetings, events and other channels.
• Implements Sales Performance Monitoring systems and identifies development opportunities.
• Coordinates with MCC and MBTC Head Office units to ensure seamless implementation of sales programs.
• Strives for continuous growth and development of Program Managers through training and engagement activities.
