Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, channel development, trade marketing, or e-commerce account management.
• Experience with hardware, home improvement, construction, or related industries is an advantage.
• Familiar with Lazada, Shopee, or other marketplace platforms.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel for store and partner visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key hardware and home improvement retailers
• Expand product distribution through indirect sales channels
• Grow online sales through Lazada, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms
• Identify and onboard new retail and distribution partners
• Conduct field visits to develop accounts and strengthen business relationships
• Manage online product listings, promotions, and marketplace performance
